The Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2007 is available for public review and comment from August 15, 2008, through August 29, 2008. Submit comments or questions to Rhonda Yoder by mail, phone or email as listed below. Comments must be received no later than August 29, 2008.

The Planning Department manages Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds received by the City of Goshen from the federal government.

These funds help limited income homeowners maintain their properties. Grants, low-interest, and no-interest loans are used for home repairs, sidewalk and curb repair, and tree trimming and removal.
