Mission Statement:

To consider and deal with those matters involving or affecting the desirability of Pickwick Village as a place to reside and to secure cooperative action in advancing the common purposes of the members of the Association.

Pickwick Village is a subdivision located close to the intersection of Wilden Avenue and County Road 18 within the city limits of Goshen, Indiana.

Pickwick Village was developed, beginning in 1985, by Charles Daub, a local developer.  The subdivision consists of 77 single family home sites, 17 condominiums and one commercial building.

There are currently fifteen vacant lots remaining in Pickwick Village on which homes can be built.  The developer for these lots is Team Construction, Chris Erb, 533-3100.

 Annual Meeting

The Pickwick Village Association annual meeting was held in October with 30 people in attendance.  Items of interest which were discussed were the upcoming repaving of all the streets in our subdivision (which has since been completed) and the bicycle path which is to be constructed along Wilden Avenue in front of Pickwick Village in 2010.  The path will go from Goshen to Elkhart. Members were told that the Goshen City police department has a "house watch" program for homeowners who may be away from their home for an extended length of time.
