The Goshen Engineering Department is responsible for the planning, design, funding and construction management for all public works projects within the City.
These projects include curb and sidewalk improvements, street improvements, traffic signals, signs, sanitary and storm sewers.
The department works in cooperation with many other City departments to ensure compliance with access and drainage requirements in the planning and maintenance of developments throughout the City.
