Facility Rental

To reserve a facility:

  1. Call the administrative office (574-534-2901) to ensure the date and location you desire is available.
  2. Print the rental agreement.
  3. Complete the agreement. Please do not leave any blanks. Once you have signed the agreement, deliver it or mail it to the Park Administration office (607 W. Plymouth Avenue). Please enclose your deposit and/or all rental fees along with a legible copy of your driver's license. Your reservation will be valid once the required documents and fees have been received.
  4. A copy of your approved rental agreement and a receipt will be forwarded to you by return mail.

Schrock Pavilion:Schrock Pavilion
Located in Shanklin Park, 411 W. Plymouth Ave. 
Capacity:  150
Rental Fee:  $350  ( 8 a.m.- 10 p.m.)
Deposit $200 + valid driver’s license 

Amenities include:  Large enclosed area, tables and chairs, fireplace, large kitchen area, space available for DJ and dancing.  Access to playground, public pool, trails, ball diamonds, and canoeing.  Not for profit rates available with copy of non-profit certificate, Monday-Thursday only.

Abshire Cabin:Abshire Cabin
Located in Abshire Park, 1302 E Lincoln Ave.
Capacity:  30
Rental Fee:  $200  ( 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
Deposit $100 + valid driver’s license

Amenities include:  Cozy cabin feeling, kitchen area, ideal for small socials or professional meetings,  access to tubing hill, cross country skiing, Pumpkinvine Trail, interpretive trails, and tables and chairs.  Not for profit rates available with copy of non-profit certificate, Monday-Thursday only.

Rieth Interpretive Center:Rieth Interpretive Center
Located in Millrace Park, 410 W. Plymouth Ave. 
Capacity:  35
Rental Fee:  $150 (per 4 hours), $25/hour 1 additional hour
Deposit $100 + valid driver’s license

Amenities include:  enclosed area, kitchen, dividable area, bird viewing room, access to millrace canal, classified forest, trails, and tables and chairs.   Available to not for profit organizations with copy of non-profit certificate, Monday-Thursday only.

Fidler Pavilion:Fidler Pavilion
Located in Pringle Park, 1912 W. Lincoln Ave.
Capacity:  100
Rental Fee:  $125 ( 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
Deposit $125 + valid driver’s license

Amenities include: picnic tables, large open-air pavilion, kitchen facility,electrical outlets, attached restrooms, access to playground.

Rogers Pavilion:
Rogers ParkLocated in Rogers Park, 102 Chicago Ave.
Capacity:  150
Rental Fee:  $75(8 a.m. -10 p. m.)
Deposit $75 + valid driver’s license

Amenities include: picnic tables, large open-air pavilion, outdoor grills, ,access to water, electrical outlets, attached restrooms, and access to playground. Not for profit rates available with copy of non-profit certificate, Monday - Thursday only.

Riverside Pavilion:Riverside Pavilion
Located in Shanklin Park, 411 W Plymouth Ave
Capacity:  50       
Rental Fee:  $75 ( 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
Deposit $50 + valid driver’s license

Amenities include: picnic tables, open-air pavilion, outdoor grills, ,access to water, electrical outlets, restrooms, playground, Shanklin Pool, canoeing, and trails.  Not for profit rates available with copy of non-profit certificate, Monday - Thursday only.

Walnut Pavilion:Walnut Pavilion
Located in Walnut Park, 224 Oakridge Ave.
Capacity:  20
Rental Fee:  $75 ( 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
Deposit $50 + valid driver’s license

Amenities include:  picnic tables, open-air pavilion, outdoor grills, ,access to water, electrical outlets, restrooms, playground, and Splashpad.   Reserve for a Splashpad Birthday Party. Not for profit rates available with copy of non-profit certificate, Monday - Thursday only.

Oakridge Pavilion:
Located in Oakridge Park, 715 N First St.
Capacity:  20
Rental Fee:  $75 ( 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
Deposit $50 + valid driver’s license

Amenities include:  picnic tables, open-air pavilion, outdoor grills, ,access to water, electrical outlets, restrooms, playground, and trails. Not for profit rates available with copy of non-profit certificate, Monday - Thursday only.
 

Rieth Pavilion:
Located at 1508 S. 13th St.
Capacity: 48
Rental Fee: $75 + tax (8 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
Deposti: $50 + valid driver's license

Amenities include: splash pad, picnic tables and grills; electrical outlets; restrooms; access to basketball court & playground.
