Housing Authority

The Goshen Housing Authority has entered into an agreement with the Warsaw Housing Authority to form a consortium. Through the consortium, each housing authority maintains their own vouchers, budget and separate business activities. Federal funding is allocated to the whole group and then split between the two authorities based on the number of vouchers each agency is administering. 

Each agency has their own board and makes decision specific to their needs.
