Human Resources is responsible for ensuring the staffing needs for the City in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
The office also is responsible for the development and administration of personnel policies and procedures as they relate to employment with the City.
Human Resources maintains the City's personnel records, insurance coverage, workers' compensation and claims, FMLA and ADA compliance.

The City currently is accepting applications for a First Deputy in City Court. The First Deputy position is a political appointment and will be available April 7, 2012. Please review the job description before applying.
The City also is accepting applications for a Technology Coordinator. Successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 - 5 years experience. Microsoft Certified preferred. Please carefully review the job description before applying.
