Mission Statement:
To consider and deal with those matters involving or affecting the desirability of Pickwick Village as a place to reside and to secure cooperative action in advancing the common purposes of the members of the Association.
Pickwick Village is a subdivision located close to the intersection of Wilden Avenue and County Road 18 within the city limits of Goshen, Indiana.
Pickwick Village was developed, beginning in 1985, by Charles Daub, a local developer. The subdivision consists of 77 single family home sites, 17 condominiums and one commercial building.
There are currently fifteen vacant lots remaining in Pickwick Village on which homes can be built. The developer for these lots is Team Construction, Chris Erb, 533-3100.

Annual Meeting
The Pickwick Village Association annual meeting was held October 30, 2011 with 27 people in attendance. Aaron Kingsley, forester for the City of Goshen, gave a presentation on the City's tree maintenance and replacement program. In 2012, PVA will begin a program of planting trees on its properties with assistance from the City program.
The bike path is completed from Pickwick Village all the way into the cities of Goshen and Elkhart.
The landscaping at the front entrance to Pickwick Village was redone as a part of the bike path construction process. The neighborhood is pleased with the bike path and the new landscaping. Neighbors feel it has greatly enhanced living in the neighborhood.
