Arbor Day 2024

Join us for Goshen's Arbor Day Celebration at May's First Friday Green Day Celebration!

The Environmental Resilience Department, in partnership with Downtown Goshen Inc., will join other partners gathered at the Goshen Courthouse Lawn on Friday, May 3, from 5 to 9 p.m. for an evening of fun and learning. The Environmental Resilience Department will be giving away t-shirts and tree saplings such as Northern Pecan, various Oaks, Persimmon, and Serviceberry. 

Entertainment line-up:

  • Goshen School Choirs | 5:00 - 5:45 p.m., 6:10 - 6:40 p.m.
  • Tree Board Award Show featuring an Arbor Day proclamation from Mayor Leichty read by Goshen's Youth Advisors | 5:45 p.m.
  • Nayor Ulloa | 7:00 - 7:30 p.m.
  • Shiny Shiny Black | 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.
